What is Bluebird Social?
Bluebird Social is an outdoor social hub and live music venue located along the Boise Greenbelt in the River Street Quarter. Think of it like a boutique festival ground — a place designed for people to gather over great food, drinks, live music, community events, and unforgettable summer nights.
We’re building a space that feels welcoming, relaxed, energetic, and deeply connected to Boise culture.
Whether you're coming for a concert, a casual afternoon with friends, a themed event, or just a bite and a drink by the river, Bluebird Social is designed to bring people together.

What kind of food and drinks will you have?

We’ll also have multiple bars serving beer, wine, canned cocktails, and ready-to-drink beverages.

Programming at Bluebird Social will include:

Our goal is to create a calendar that gives Boise something fun to do all season long.
Will most events be free?
Yes — a large portion of our weekly programming will be free and open to the public. Some larger concerts, specialty events, and festivals will require tickets.
Where is Bluebird Social located?
Bluebird Social is located in the River Street Quarter along the Boise Greenbelt, near downtown Boise. 1401 W Shoreline Dr.
What are your operating hours?
Our planned regular hours are:
- Tuesday–Sunday
- 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Hours may vary depending on concerts, private events, or special programming.
When are you opening?
Our doors will be open early June 2026
How large will events be?
Capacity will vary depending on the event type and setup. Some days may host a few hundred guests, while larger concerts and special events could accommodate over 1,000 attendees.
Is Bluebird Social family-friendly?
Yes. Many daytime events and general operating hours will be family-friendly and community-oriented. Some evening concerts or specialty programming may be 21+ depending on the event.
Will Bluebird Social be dog-friendly?
We love dogs and plan to allow well-behaved, leashed dogs during standard operating hours unless otherwise noted for specific events.
Will there be parking available?
Yes. There are multiple parking options throughout the River Street Quarter area, including nearby street parking and surrounding lots. We also encourage guests to bike, walk, rideshare, or use the Greenbelt when possible. Please refer to our Getting here page for more information.
Will you host private events?
Yes. Bluebird Social will be available for select private events, brand activations, corporate gatherings, community events, and celebrations.
