We hope you understand, these policies are in place to insure the safety of the festival guests, so any persons refusing to comply with these policies will be refused entry into the festival venue.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Since you are choosing to spend your money with us, we sure want to make it an easy and safe process for you and all staff. For that reason we are encouraging as many cashless points of sale as possible, where we will only accept credit/debit cards and digital forms of payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Android pay, etc). This includes all concessions and festival merchandise locations. Craft Vendors will vary, as some will accept cash and some will be cashless. For cash sales on beverage concessions, the only cash accepted bar is the left-most line at the Bluebird Social Main Bar, located next to the Food Court just inside the Bluebird Social main gates on the Shoreline Drive side of the venue.
SAFETY
In the event of an emergency evacuation please follow all directions for immediate exit from the venue. These instructions will be posted on the stage video screens and jumbotrons, as well as publicly announced on the sound systems, and all emergency exits will be clearly marked with emergency exit signs.
CHILDREN
Children ages 2 and under are allowed entry for free only if accompanied by the child’s parent or legal guardian. Any children over the age of 2 years old will need to purchase a pass for entry. With that said, we do not recommend bringing young children to a festival of this size and the nature of loud music.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY
OFFICIAL BLUEBIRD DAYS 2026 ACCESSIBILITY (ADA) GUIDE
Bluebird Days welcomes all people with disabilities. We are continuously striving to enhance our efforts to ensure access to event amenities without limitations based on abilities.
Please read this informational guide thoroughly before sending an inquiry email. For any accessibility-related questions not answered in the guide, please email us at chirp@bluebirdsocial.com. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our guests with disabilities. We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
The venue is navigable for guests with mobility disabilities. The event is held at Bluebird Social which is fully accessible, as well as an outdoor park that has primarily grassy terrain, and the Shoreline Dr street closure which is fully accessible. There are accessible cement pathways connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, vendors, and all other activity areas.
Attendees must navigate the festival grounds between stages on their own or with the support of a companion, as the festival does not offer transportation between stages.
We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Guests are also permitted to bring crutches, walkers, and canes into the event. If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device, you may do so by checking in with Management at the Bluebird Social Main Bar. Guests should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.
We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
There is no onsite festival parking, however, there will be a limited number of accessible parking spots for guests with disabilities available at the Shoreline Park parking lot, paid parking lot at 1471 W Shoreline Dr, in Ann Morrison Park, as well as the street parking near the venue. Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis. You are required to bring a valid, state-issued handicap placard, permit, or license plate to park in the accessible spots in these parking lots.
RIDESHARE
The Ride Share drop and pick up location is designated for Spa Street, one block north of the venue properties. For ADA passengers we do suggest you ask your Ride Share driver to drop you off at the 1471 W Shoreline Dr parking lot, which is adjacent to the main entrance with an accessible sidewalk from this parking lot. However, if you need to go to the Box Office to pick up tickets before entry, then we suggest you get dropped off at the end of 13th Street where it dead ends into the Shoreline Park little parking lot at the Greenbelt, so that you can follow the Greenbelt down one block to the Box Office location which is located on the Greenbelt on the south side of the 1401 W Shoreline Dr (Bluebird Social) property.
ACCESSIBLE PASSENGER LOADING ZONE
The two best options for this would be at the 1471 W Shoreline Dr parking lot, or in the Shoreline Park little parking lot at the end of 13th Street where it meets the Greenbelt.
ACCESSIBLE ENTRY
There will be accessible entry lanes, located at the main festival entrances both at the Shoreline Dr main entrance (1401 W Shoreline Dr) and from the Greenbelt entrance on the south side of Shoreline Park.
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREA
The entire festival grounds is all General Admission viewing, there are no reserved seat sections or premium viewing sections. All stages are ADA accessible and have general viewing opportunities the same for all pass holders.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Certified Service Animals are the only permitted animals throughout the venue. However, emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not permitted into the festival event. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue. Only certified service animals that have been individually trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises.
The following guidelines must be followed:
- All service animals must be verified by the security staff or a Manager before entering the event venue.
- Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
- If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or if the handler’s disability prevents the use of these devices, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
- Service animals must be housebroken and should be escorted outside the venue grounds for potty breaks.
- Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
- All service animals should have legally required vaccinations.
We ask that you do not leave your animal in your car while you’re attending the event, as vehicles without active air conditioning may become too hot and unsafe for any animal.
